The Sherpa TRIBE series took us back to our roots, reminding us why we had called our company Sherpa in the first place. Basically, once a month we sit down and decide upon a Sherpa TRIBE "cover". The criteria is resilience, skill, experience, having overcome the odds and reached the top of their particular "mountains".

This is never an easy choice as 90% of our clients have basically started businesses from zip and, as entrepreneurs, have faced extreme challenges in getting where they want it to be - at the top!
